Perfect for use over prescription glasses and larger heads
"I have a larger head (XL hat size) both in terms of width and depth (length of glasses arm). In fact my prescription glasses need to be the « king size » type. I have tried many solutions over the years to provide my eyes with safety rated protection for home improvements and as a volunteer firefighter. Prescription safety glasses usually look terrible and are impossible to find in my size. Over-the-glasses goggles tend to fog up when I’m working hard and sweating a bit. Normal over-glasses tend to be a bit small for my head and pretty uncomfortable, and still look pretty stupid. Some also run against my prescription lenses which is a definitely problem.
Because the arms on these glasses are adjustable, they fit the depth of my XL head perfectly and are wide enough to cover my king size glasses. I have worn them for hours and hours on end without discomfort. They do *not* fog up, even when I’ve been working hard enough to sweat in cold temperatures, an environment where all other products I’ve tried (including expensive over-glasses safety goggles) have failed.
If you don’t wear glasses and have a normal shaped head you’ll probably still like these, but if you wear glasses or have a larger head you will love these. I like the design so much I’m going to use their tinted version as my daily wear sunglasses as well, as I’ve gotten tired of the expense of buying prescription sunglasses on top of regular glasses every 2 years."
